The Conversational AI Innovation Summit is a global conference series focused on how organisations design, govern, and scale conversational systems that shape customer experience and business performance. The summit focuses on the intersection of conversational AI technologies and Customer Experience, with an emphasis on real-world execution, oversight, and long-term value creation across industries.
 
Each edition brings together executives, practitioners, and technology leaders to network and share applied case studies, operating models, and decision frameworks drawn from live enterprise environments. Discussions centre on conversational experience design, LLMs, agentic and multimodal systems, governance and trust, and the measurement of customer and commercial outcomes. Sessions are structured to support thoughtful discussion, comparison of approaches, and practical insight.
 
The CAIS series will take place in New York, Malaysia, and Singapore reflecting regional priorities within a shared global context. Sessions are shaped to encourage peer exchange, informed debate, and practical takeaways that extend beyond the event itself. The Summit exists to support informed decision-making and disciplined execution as conversational AI becomes embedded in everyday customer engagement.
