In short

A day goes quickly. Bring two or three of these questions to the sessions and conversations where they fit, and note who gave the most useful answer.

Governance and regulation

  1. Which of your agents’ actions need a person to approve them, and who decided? A useful answer names the action types and the owner of the rule.
  2. How are you preparing for the MAS AI risk guidelines or the IMDA agentic framework? Listen for an inventory and a materiality rating for each agent.

Economics

  1. What does one resolution cost you in full? A useful answer includes model usage, integration, quality review and escalations.
  2. When do you use a smaller model? Listen for a routing rule and a measured accuracy trade-off.

Customers and channels

  1. Are customers’ own AI agents contacting you yet, and how do you recognise them?
  2. What do you run centrally for Asia-Pacific, and what do you localise? A useful answer covers language, data residency and channel mix.
  3. In which customer segments does voice automation work, and where does it fail?

Accountability and bets

  1. When an agent got something wrong, how did you find out and what did you change?
  2. What did you change the second time you built a conversational AI system?
  3. Which capability will be a standard platform feature by 2028, and which will still set you apart?
